FAQS

  • The show starts off in our immersive retail space and gradually takes you into our outdoor location where you are physically immersed in nature. Everyone has the freedom to physically adjust their viewing location. As the show progresses, you become psychologically immersed in the world of the characters where the actions of the children resolve the outcome of the story.

  • Unfortunately, due to the terrain of our current location, this version of the show is not accessible. We have had a few individuals make arrangements for people with canes or wheelchairs to traverse the show. Feel free to call us if you want to discuss options that could work for your situation. We hope to make a future production that is more accessible to a wider variety of people.

  • No, this is not a hike. It’s more of a walk in a park on sidewalks and eventually dirt paths. There are some slopes and roots to avoid tripping on. The total walk is around 3/4 of a mile.

  • This is not dangerous and we look to keep everyone safe. But unlike regular shows where you sit in a seat, you are walking outside on uneven ground. So, just like anytime you are walking on a trail, you could accidentally trip and fall.

  • • Wear closed toed shoes with good soles

    • Wear layered clothing as it could be cool or damp in the redwoods.

    • Bring a bottle of water

  • We will mostly be in a forest with trees providing shade and protection. We will perform if there is a light mist, so dress appropriately. If there is a heavy rain, we will cancel the show and either refund your ticket or reschedule you for another day. If we are cancelling your show, we would contact at least 3 hours before your show.

  • No. One parent/guardian could bring up to 4 children.

  • Our tickets are priced so that we can keep our audiences intimate and maintain a low ratio of performers to participants. We price children’s tickets higher than parents/guardians because they are active participants and also consume some materials in the course of the adventure that have additional cost and labor to prepare.

  • There are two public restrooms in downtown Mill Valley 100 feet from our store. We recommend using them when you arrive, as there won’t be any facility in the outdoor location where we will be for most of the experience.

  • There is metered public parking all around downtown Mill Valley. There is also a paid parking lot next to the store and we can validate for 1 hour. A few blocks away you can find free 4 hour parking on residential streets.
